She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Glenn and Christine Ida Mae Bratton (Vang); her former husband Garry Lee Decker; her husband Melvin Aljo Bell; her sons, Danny Wayne Decker and Glenn Nathan Decker; her grandson Greg Decker; her brother Kent Bratton; and her daughter-in-law Dawn Decker.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Ruback (John) of Duncan, Teddy Drake (Kristi), Kathy Higgins and Donald Kerns (Cetra); her sister Martha Woods of Albuquerque; her niece Jennifer Bratton; her nephews, William Woods (Cindy) and C. L. Gable (Herbie); and her siblings-in-law, Lavetta Bratton, Debi Lingwall (Alan), Pauline Bright, Karen Sparrow and Jim Decker (Dolly). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
