She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McKelvey and Wida Yvonne Mitchell; her aunt Roynell Rodgers; and her grandparents, J. Thomas Laroy Tugmon and Mollie Gladys Robertson.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Heelan of Duncan, OK; and her stepchildren, Patrick Heelan (Debbie) of Lawton, Charles Heelan (DJ Minnick) of Lawton and Shannon Justus (David) of Wascomb. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
