He is survived by: his son Steve; his wife Ann (Salazar); his grandmother Sue Wampler of Denison, TX; his stepchildren, Shelly Underhill and Bobby Supernor; and his stepgrandson Jordan Shepler. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
