It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lavene Hlavaty (Duncan, Oklahoma), born in Velma, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Bridges (Lucille Bailey); her son Eric Bumpas; her great grandchild Jhonethyn Bumpas; and her siblings, Larry Bailey and Viola Argenbright.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Ollie Jo Wright and Billie Richter of Michigan; her friend Clemmie; her brother Bill Bailey; her pet Hank; her great grandchildren, Chris Bumpas, Jeremey Bumpas, Josh Bumpas, Cody Bumpas, Kyle Green, Hunter Miller, Blake Bumpas and Zachary Turner; and also Tye. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
