We bid farewell to Mary Sue Crockett of Duncan, Oklahoma, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 26, 2025 at the age of 80. Mary Sue touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Mary Sue leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Garretson and Doris Marie Garretson (Porterfield); her siblings-in-law, Ted Sloan, Jerry Crockett and Joyce Crockett; and her mother-in-law Juanita Tacker.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Crockett; her son Danny Crockett (Anita) of Duncan; her stepson Travis Crockett of Virginia; and her stepgranddaughters, Sarah Crockett of Virginia and Sister Patricia Marie Sloan (Lampard) of Garland, Texas.. She is also survived by nieces, great and great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Alexander Gray Funeral Chapel (308 Main St, Velma, OK 73491). A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery (1910 W Cypress Ave, Duncan, OK 73533).
