He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Albert" Foster and Janie Paralee Foster (Mitchell); his wife Rowena Faye Howard; his son Mickey Dale; and his siblings, Jim Foster, Jake Foster, Joe Foster, Virgil Foster, Jack Foster, Frank Foster, Toby Foster, Mary Jane Foster and Sudie Nix. He is also survived by nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
