Perez of Tulsa, OK and Larry Perez of Walters, OK; and her grandchildren, Brandi, Michael, Kristi, Jonathan, Jeremiah, Joshua, Jason, Nathan, Amber, Matthew, Ashley, Jadance, Carrington, Dylan, Cambrie, Lawrence, Courtnie and Cruz. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
