It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia West of Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 8, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Patrick O'Connor and Florence Lee O'Connor (Zimmer); her brothers, Patrick O'Connor, Wayne Zimmer and Donald Zimmer; and her son Scott Jerome West.
She is survived by: her husband Gary West of Bell Gardens; her children, Dorothy West, Krystal McCraw and Shawn West Jr. Kary West (Ryan Sherrell) of Marlow; her grandchildren, Adam Quaale (Amber (Addyson), Dillon Quaale (Jessie Abrego (Jenna), Bentley, Gwelyana, Ashton, Chevelle, Alexis Sherrell (Tyler Barton (Ezra), Luke Sherrell (Allyson Paxson) and Lily Sherrell (Bailey Lewis (Hera)); her children, Koreen Miraflor (Andrew Miraflor), Krisen Twitchel (Justin (Jaxon), Thomas Pascual (Logan), Leilani, Arianna, Tyler Fry, Colton West (Rainie Bumgarner (Jaxx)), Karleena (Josh Ryans) and Korin (Zach Miller (Kora); and her cousin Samuel Levy of Homestead, Florida.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
