He is survived by: his wife Paula; his daughter Melanie Marie Cox; his son-in-law Connor Cox; his grandson Murray Cox; his sister Brenda Whitley (David Whitley); his sibling's children, Billie Gamble (Jackie Gamble), Dava Quisenberry (Steve Quisenberry) and Davy Whitley; his great-nieces, Brooke Gamble, Jaycee Gamble and Halle Quisenberry; his great-nephew Jake Quisenberry; his siblings-in-law, Andrew Dabbs, Mary and Tracy Odell; and his niece Katie Butler.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Duncan High School Tennis.
