It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Lillard of Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 30, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hammonds and Beatrice Hutcheson Hammonds; her husband Wayne Lillard; her son Bill Lillard; and her grandchild Caitlyn Lillard.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Lillard (Stephanie) and Tami Day (Tom); her grandchildren, Cory Lillard and Caris Mendez (Myles); her great grandchildren, Madilyn Mendez, Max Mendez and Oliver Lillard; and her sister Wanda Halcomb. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
