He was predeceased by: his parents, Brown Wadsworth and Lucy Ophelia Smith (Witt); and his wife Laura Ruth Smith (Beckham). He is survived by: his son David (Debbie Smith) of Baytown, TX; his grandchildren, Jonathan (Paul), Cassie Smith of Katy, TX, Brant and Amber Wheeler of Baytown, TX; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas (Paul), Timothy, Ethan, Kinley and Madelyn.
Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, December 13, at 10:00 A.M.
