He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Teddy" Pennington and Betty Pennington (Gardner); and his grandson Brady Cole Lamberson. He is survived by: his children, Shane Pennington (Therese) of Aubrey and Kara Lamberson (Ryan) of Prosper; his grandchildren, Faith, David Ruble, Ella Pennington, Nathan Pennington, Corban Pennington and Avery Lamberson; his brothers, Jimmy Pennington and Steve Pennington; his sisters-in-law, Debbie (Hal Pennington) of La Quinta and Ame of Owasso, Oklahoma.; and also Kala of Norman.
