She was predeceased by: her parents, Harmon Luther and Freeda Marie Blaylock (Pendley). She is survived by: her son Jeff (Christie Hack) of Marlow; her husband Alvin Hack; her daughter Stefanie Biffle of Duncan; her grandchildren, Tori Hack, Lexi Hack, Gabby Hack, Lindsay Green, Mallory (Sammy Vanderburg) and Logan (Maci Biffle); her great grandchildren, Sarah Vanderburg, Chance Vanderburg and Liam Biffle; her brother Steve Blaylock of Duncan; and her niece Michelle (Don Owens).
