He is survived by: his wife Doris; his brother James Thomas Blair (Karen) of Neosho, MO; his son David Blair (Kathryn); his granddaughter Zoe of Sand Springs, OK; his daughter Carla Dean (Wally); his grandson Tyler of Morris, OK; his son Randall Blair (Polly); his grandchildren, Teddy and Clark of Lenexa, KS; his children, Amy Millirons (Richard) and Gage of Tribune, KS; his grandchild McKayla Burtt (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Samwell; his son Conner Urlab; and his stepchildren, Mona Newman (Wayne), Radonna King, Regina King and Robin Elzey (Mike).
