He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Viola Hancock; his parents, Albert Lewis and Velma Lewis (Hancock); his daughter Sue Ann Smith; and his siblings, Letha Dollarhide and Joe Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Nell Earnhart; his daughters, Lisa Padgett (Wes) and Sharon Hyde of Duncan; his grandchildren, Caroline Wentzler (Paul) of Houston, TX, Lauren LeBlanc (Matthew) of Missouri City, TX, Kyna Price (Steve) of Prosper, TX, Ty Padgett (Jessica) of Comanche and Andrew Goodman (Ashley) of Portland, OR.; and his brother Jerry (Diane) of Coquille, OR. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to First Baptist Church in Duncan.
