He was predeceased by: his parents, Danial Skiles and Fern Skiles (Willis); his wife Mary; his sons, Raymond Guy Skiles and Jerry Daniel Skiles; and his siblings, Dan Skiles and Betty Hines.
He is survived by: his son Robert Skiles II (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Robert Skiles III, Bonnie Sue Hoard (Nathan), Little Guy Skiles and Shiloh Skiles; his great grandchildren, Gracie Lyn Skiles, Landon Skiles, Serenity, Melody, Jessie and Robert Trey Skiles IV; and his sister Patricia Kirby.
