He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Crook and Lola Crook; his sons, Justin and Jeff; his brother Bill Crook; and his brother-in-law Randy Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ridley; his grandson Davis Crook; his siblings-in-law, Karen Carter, Tonya Ridley and Tony Ridley; and his nieces and nephews, Chase Carter, Coleman Hickman, Melissa Ridley Taylor and Allyson Ridley Wright.
