It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rufus Lee Benson Jr. of Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Benson Sr. and Odie Benson (Romine); his wife Paula Mae Nodine; and his sister June Faye Byrom. He is survived by: his sister Jane Callaway of Meridian; his niece Cindy (Todd Sanner); his nephew Dwayne (Jane Byrom); and his great-niece Molly.
