She was predeceased by: her parents, James Miller and Lillie Miller (Small); her husband Vernon Ray Smith; and her siblings, James Miller, Johnson Miller, Jack Miller, Ruth Puckett and Philo Maddox.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Smith (Debbie) of Broken Arrow, OK, Terri Sloan (Tim) of Tulsa, OK and Verna Davidson (Gary) of Edmond, OK; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Gappa (Tommy), Scott Smith (Larissa), Lauren Miller (Andy), Katherine Sloan (Patrick Noble), Michael Davidson and Matthew Davidson. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Duncan Municipal Cemetery (1910 W Cypress Ave, Duncan, OK 73533).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Duncan at 901 W Ash Avenue.
