Shelby Blanchard Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby Blanchard of Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 12, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Shelby loved her plants and puppies. She also loved to cook any time she got a chance. She loved her family and her friends and was very loyal to them all.
She worked at the chemical plant in Plaquemine. She was also a security guard and worked for the State of Louisiana insurance department.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert William and Mary E. Witt Sr. (Hafford); her son Vernon Varnell; her brother, Albert William Witt Jr., a brother, Denise Witt and a sister, Martha Witt.
She is survived by : her son Bryan Blanchard of Port Allen, her grandson Joshua Varnell, and her sisters, Sylvia Harper of Ryan, Landa Burns of Duncan, Debra Roberts of Arcadia and several nieces and nephews.
