He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sylvester and Rosa Belle Vowell (Elliott); his siblings, Vivian and L. C.; his wife Rheta; and his grandson Chance.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna (Clayton Epperly) and Brenda (Clyde Berry); his grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Shawnda, Josh, Shayla, Ashlee, Thad, Chase and Brittany; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ethan, Carson, Brynn, Piper, Connor, Greyson and Maverick.
