She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Sager and Alpha Mae Wheeler; her grandson Jarred Zachery Hendrix; and her siblings, Linda Sager Lawson and Calvin Lynn Sager.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sharon Suson (James) of Duncan, OK and Arthur Lee Sager (Geraldine) of Duncan, OK.; her children, Kyle Lee Terry (Susan) of Owasso, OK and Monica Kristine Elgin (Jack); her grandchildren, Brittney Farkas (Ryan) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mya Terry of Oklahoma City, Audrey Terry of Owasso, OK and Jake Terry of Rolla, MO; and her great grandchildren, Alex and Logan Farkas of Fort Wayne.
