He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Lee and Beatrice Crook (Joslin); and his daughter Teresa Kaye Crook. He is survived by: his sons, Warren Crook, Jr. of Broken Arrow and Mitchell Crook (Cyndi) of Duncan, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Brian Crook, Sierra Harzheim, Matthew Crook and Marcus Crook; and his sister-in-law Wanda Crook of Velma.
