He was predeceased by : his parents, Claude Marion and Minnie Caroline Smith; his wife Dortha Lee "Eppison" Smith; and his son Gary Wayne Smith. He is survived by : his children, Claude Smith (Sharon) of Euless and Leona Stall (Ray) of Collinsville, Oklahoma..
