He is survived by: his wife Ladonna Kay Franklin; his children, Aaron Franklin (Sierra), Colt Franklin (Moriah), Coby Franklin (Alex) and Cort Franklin (Sarah); his grandchildren, Xander Franklin, Bas Franklin, Jaycie Hicks, James Hicks, Dean Franklin, Preston Franklin, Titus Franklin, Jesse Franklin and Maxwell Allen Franklin; and his brother Mike Franklin (Donna).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gordon Center (305 N 2nd Ave, Durant, OK 74701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (124 Evergreen St, Durant, OK 74701).
