He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold H. Walker and Iona Z. Walker; his daughter Debra Ann Sears; and his brother-in-law Buddy Allen. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Sawyers; his daughter Cynthia Ruth Wortham (Jimmy) of Whitewright, Texas; his son-in-law Beryl Sears of Durant; his sister Margaret Allen (Neta Walker) of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Brittney Goldthwaite (Matt) of Van Alstyne, Texas, Brent Sears of Hendrix and Blane Wortham (Maggie) of Van Alstyne, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Townsend and Clayton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (5400 W Main St, Durant, OK 74701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church, PO Box 518, Durant, OK 74702, or a charity of choice.
