Betty Jane Phillips Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jane Phillips of Durant, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 30, 2025 at the age of 80. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Holt and Grace Mullins Holt; her husband Weldon Phillips; and her sisters, Leveta McKenzie and Bobbi Covington.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny, Todd, Curt Hibdon of Silo and Catherine Harper (Bradley) of Calera; her grandchildren, Jonathan Hibdon (Stormi) of Silo, Chase Broyles (Chelsey) of Calera, Zachary Hibdon of Durant, Kasey Hibdon (Nikki) of Kingston, Trevor Hibdon of Durant, Blake Harper of Kettering, OH, Ramie Fernandez (Justin), Ashley Hibdon of Durant, Adrianna Hibdon of Durant, Brittany Cappotto (Robert) of Van Alsytne and Haleigh Harper of Durant; her great grandchildren, Serenity Hibdon, Samuel Morris, Allison Cox, Rhett Fernandez, Preslie Broyles, Ashton Hutchison, Baylor Broyles, Trayden Hibdon, Travis Hibdon, Jolie Godbey, Jacob Godbey, Azriel Clark, Ariah Clark, Maelie Bowen, Amaya Hankins, Geonna Hankins, Jaxon Hibdon, Alessandra Hibdon and Brady Hibdon; and her siblings, Jerry Bassett (Joe) of Denison, Bessie Manning of Durant and Benny Holt of Durant. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Silo Cemetery.
