She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest M. Azevedo and Laura T. Azevedo (Ernest W. Smith). She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Callaway of Coleman; her grandchildren, Cody Callaway (Morgan) and Sara Callaway-Fales (Logan); and her great grandchildren, Keaton, Payden Callaway, Kolston and Sutton Fales.
