Shelley Dawn wrote a sympathy message

“Bonnie aka Tinkler-Miller was my best friend since I moved home from Austin in 2015. She was truly one of the most beautiful person I will ever have the honor to call my friend. She loved God. Hated the way our country has forgotten to love God. She adored her husband, Mark Miller. She once told me that they NEVER argued. Not once. She really respected & loved Mark. Bonnie was fearlessly loyal to her family. She was the apple of her father's eye-Joe I, a surrogate mother to her nephew, Joseph (Joe III), & a best friend & biggest fan of her brother, Joe (Joe II). She was my best friend, my soft shoulder to cry on, and my sounding board. We laughed, cried & shared our deepest fears & dreams. She called me her Shell Shell & I called her my TinkerBell. She will forever be part of me. RIP Tink. I love you, my Sister.”
