He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Fay (Campbell) and Louis Edgar Rowland; and his brothers, Jerry Rowland and Kenneth Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rowland (Higgins) of Durant, Oklahoma; his children, Shari Jane Rowland of Durant, Audra Lee Werley (Virgil) of Durant, Oklahoma and Shawn David Rowland of Honobia, Oklahoma; his siblings, Michael Rowland (Marty) of Pleasant Hill, Oklahoma and Donna Jobe (Noble) of Eufala, Oklahoma; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Rowland and Judy Rowland; his grandchildren, Nathan Rowland, Morgan O'Hern, Ivy Nesbitt, Addison Rowland, Lucas Rowland and Landree Rowland; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Rowlan-West Fall and Asher Austin.
