She was predeceased by: her parents, Derrell Bishop and Aileen Bishop. She is survived by: her husband J. D. Culbreath; her children, Jimmy Dale Culbreath Jr. (Deanna) of Durant, Brande Leigh Serner (Allen) of Calera and Owen Thomas Spencer Culbreath (Grace) of Bay City, Texas.; her grandchildren, Amanda Audrey Lee of Calera, Luke Allen Serner (Aubree) of Broken Arrow, Whitney Morgan Edwards of Oklahoma City, William Lee Edwards (Haley), Terra Dalea Culbreath of Denison, Hayden Spencer, Quentin John and Caroline Victoria Culbreath of Bay City, Texas.; her great grandchildren, Harmony Kate of Calera, Spencer Allen of Calera, Scout James of Calera, Huck Archer of Calera and Stone Campbell Lee of Calera; and her siblings, Tommy Derrell Bishop of Mead, James Steven Bishop (Miriam) of Durant and Janet Kay Corley (Jimmy) of Guthrie. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
