She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Dean Phillips, Doug Phillips, Barbara Jean Phillips (Wayne Rogers) and Cindy Buysman (Russell); her grandchildren, Christina Scrivens, Cinthia Phillips, Michelle Phillips, Nicole Hamilton, Tiffany Ledington, Jennifer Buysman and Nicole Sadler; and her sisters, Leona Hargis, Verna Carpenter and Edith Walker.
