He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Armstrong and Ava Armstrong (Mahana); and his sister Betty Jean Wells. He is survived by : his wife Jean Armstrong; his children, Gail Armstrong, Debbie Speers (Steve) and Greg Armstrong (Melinda); his brothers, Charles Armstrong (Peggy) and Rick Armstrong (Teri); and his grandchildren, Staci Allen, Stephanie Wingo, Alexis Armstrong, Tylon Armstrong and Darren Armstrong. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
