She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Dale and Elizabeth Lucile Osborn (Tansey); and her sister-in-law Virginia Osborn. She is survived by: her husband Tony Allen Spearman; her children, Terry Spearman (Judy) of Pottsboro, Texas and Cindy Golden (Ted) of Coleman, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Kristen Mullens (Billy) of Durant, Amber Dosh of Durant, Brandon Peevyhouse (Alex) of Durant, Jessica Spearman of Dallas, Matt Spearman of Fort Worth and Nicholas Golden of Coleman, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Lily, Addy, Emma, Aurora and Christian; and her brother Dale Osborn (Glenna) of Pawnee. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
