He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Eugene Lewis; and his grandparents, Elsie, Pittah, Bertha Jean Lewis, Robert "Trouble" Lewis, Raymond Edward Lewis and Wadis Love.
He is survived by: his mother Lacquita J. Love Lewis of Durant; his child Furlow; his brothers, Colton Lewis of Durant and Brandon Lewis of Tulsa; his siblings' children, Nevar and Eva Lewis of Tennessee; his cousins, Amery Lewis, Melinda, Jesse Farrell, Christopher, Ruby Ecklund, Jay Garrett, Stoney Love, Elly, Bobby Ledford, Tommy and Amber Lewis; and his close friend Amanda Jervis of Durant. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
