He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eckels and Dian Jackson (Francis); and his brothers, Michael Eckels and Steve Eckels. He is survived by: his wife Dana Eckels; his daughter Mattie McGuire; his granddaughter Riata McGuire; and his niece Chererice Eckels. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
