He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Francis and Lona Mae Fouse (Stinnett); and his brothers, Locky Dee and Darrell Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Susan Fouse; his sons, Jayson Fouse (Tabitha) of Durant, OK and Jonathan Fouse of Durant, OK; and his grandchildren, Jayda Kay Fouse, Jaxon Lewis Fouse and Sloan Foxx Moffitt. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
