She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell C. Chalk and Ethel May Sparks Chalk; her former husband B. J. Moore; her daughters, Evelyn Kay Moore and Linda Moore Blanton; her granddaughter Lindsay Blanton; her siblings, Phyllis Eggenberg, Ralph Chalk and Alfred Leon Chalk; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Colclazier, Joe Colclazier, Ray Carr and Hubert Eggenberg.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby J. Moore; her siblings, Mike Chalk (Marti) and Helen Chalk Gray; and her sister-in-law Mary Chalk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
