He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Lowrance and Bill Lowrance. He is survived by: his wife Helen Lowrance; his children, J. Scott Lowrance (Kelly) and Traciand (Russell); his grandchildren, Abi, Cade, Macy and Redik; his great grandchildren, Axel and Zeke; and his sister Rebeccah.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church.
