He is survived by : his wife Kaye Maye; his daughters, Jana Bloodworth (David) of Velma, Jackie Slaughter (Danny) of Waurika, Staci (James Chandler) and Terry Bowden of Ocala, Florida.; and also Jaquetta. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
