He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Edward Evans and Beulah Mae Evans (Hill); his wife Jessie Evans; his son Ronald Evans (Brenda Evans); his granddaughter Sherri Dawn Evans; and his brothers, Wylie Evans, Leo Evans, Cleo Evans and Monroe Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Evans (Becky) of Atoka, Oklahoma and Sandra Pratt (Tom Leisy) of Moore, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Christopher Evans (Marva) of Oklahoma City, Timothy Evans (Sandi) of Kansas City, Tiffany English (John) of Oklahoma City and Heath Pratt (Kayley) of Durant, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Makenzi (Brandon Broughton), Maci English, Blake Evans, Taylor Evans, Quinn Pratt and Warren Pratt; and his great great grandchild Blair Broughton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
