He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ples Blaylock, Furman Beck and Ollye Beck. He is survived by: his wife Shauna; his son Kolten of Durant; his parents, Kenny Blaylock and Bethryn Blaylock of Calvin; his grandmother Pauline Blaylock of Holdenville; his sister Trena Simmons (Rett) of Holdenville; and his nephews, Tyler and Taden Freeman of Holdenville. He is also survived by cousins and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel (4900 W Hwy 70, Durant, OK 74701). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Crossroads Cemetery.
