Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Linda Lue Hazaleus (Durant, Oklahoma), who passed away at the age of 75, on September 26, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Thomson and Ruby Thomson; her son-in-law Rick Kober; and her sister-in-law Trudy Thomson. She is survived by: her husband John Hazaleus of Coleman, OK; her children, Lynn Hazaleus Kober of Silo, OK, Jeff and Rebeca Hazaleus of Blue, OK; her granddaughter Savannah Kober Womack of Achille, OK; her children, Shaelynn and Carter Hazaleus of Blue, OK.; and her siblings, Betsy Hall and Terry Thomson.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1097 Gerlach Dr, Durant, OK 74701.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda's memory to your local youth rodeo association—reflecting her lifelong love of hauling her son to rodeos and supporting her grandkids in the arena—or to a teacher, classroom, or school of your choice, honoring her decades of devotion to education.
