We announce the death of Louis Rose of Durant, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 9, 2026, at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Euda Margaret (Beal) and Preston Lee Rose; and his brother Bobby Don. He is survived by: his wife Judy Rose of Durant, Oklahoma; his children, Johnny Rose of Durant, Oklahoma, LaWanda Kennedy of Durant, Margaret Ellis (Jeremy) of Cartwright, Oklahoma and Gina Rose of Durant, Oklahoma; his adoptive sons, Travis Seargeant, Braden Babin and Roger Babin; his grandchildren, Brandon Sam (Stephanie), Heather Gust (Ervin), Erica Aldridge (Spencer), Cody Nichols (Tiffani), Chris Nichols, Tyler Kennedy and Allyson Lunsford (Damien); his great grandchildren, Gracie, Bradley, Landon, Londyn, Lyric, Hunter, Alex, Mickey, Cody, Jermiah, Victoria, Elizabeth and Wyatt; and his great great grandchild Dominick Lee.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Victory Tabernacle Church (720 Old Hwy 70, Durant, OK 74701).
