She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Harty Smith and Ruby Mae Large Smith; her brother Mark; and her nephew Nathan Smith. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michael Dale and Michelle; her husband Jimmy Underwood; her children, Gregg Underwood of Calera, Robert Underwood of Durant, Michael Dale Underwood of Durant, Tink of Austin, TX and Michelle Underwood of Durant; and her siblings, J. R. Smith (Elizabeth) of Mustang, OK and Koleen Gibbins (Terry) of Wylie, TX. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to assist with final expenses.
