With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nelladel Combes of Durant, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2026 at the age of 94. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lellman Lee Ruggles and Connie Alice Ruggles (Foster); and her brothers, Odin Foster Ruggles and Howard Lellman Ruggles. She is survived by: her husband Norman Clyde Combes; her daughter NormaDell Teel (Combes) of Durant; her granddaughter Brianna Dawn Reed (David) of Broken Bow; her great grandchild Magnolia Alice Reed of Broken Bow; her siblings, Rev. Dale Ruggles and Alice Sue Brooks (Ruggles) of Midwest City; and her close friend Joyce Lynn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
