He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Casteel and Oleta Casteel (Gardner); and his wife Louise Casteel. He is survived by : his children, Paula Zeiter (Nick) of Napa, CA, Carmen Sprouse (Billy) of Durant, OK, Shana Fikes (John) of Calera, OK and Paul Casteel Jr. of Enid, OK; and his grandchildren, Dusti Brigman, Chelsea Williams, Alex Carr and Matthew Fikes. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
