He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Wiley and Virgie Wiley (Risenhoover); his wife Ann Wiley; his brothers, Tom and Bob Wiley; and his parents-in-law, Elmer and Ruth Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Hughes (Shawn) of Durant and Joell Wiley of Durant; his siblings, Jean Latta of Broken Bow, Winnie Hawkins of Midwest City and Lynn; his sister-in-law Betty Jo Holman of Antlers; his brother Elmer Ray; his sister-in-law Bettye Brown of Ada; his grandchildren, Lauren Rodriguez (Jonathan), Kaley Knox (Taylor), Ally Mendez (Ryan) and Jake Baker; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Kate Rodriguez and Benjamin Asher Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
