She was predeceased by: her parents, Pal Franklin Ballard and Josie Mae Ballard (Nichols); her former husband Randy Mack Peden; her husband Delbert Byles; her daughter Roxann Peden; her brother Jackie Joe Ballard; and her great-nephew Jackson Wade Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Peden of Wynnewood and Whitnee Byles of Tishomingo; her siblings, Pal Ballard, Jr. of Norman and Terry Gene Ballard (Charlene) of Tishomingo; her grandchildren, Jarah Willis of Tishomingo, Natalee Burrous of Tishomingo, Avery Peden of Tishomingo, Brody Burrous of Tishomingo and Cora Mae Peden of Stratford; and her great grandchild Wiley Brooks Willis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel (4900 W Hwy 70, Durant, OK 74701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
