He is survived by: his daughter Sky Ortiz of Madill, OK; his stepfather Jimmy Emons of Durant, OK; his siblings, Phillip Perkins (Christa Perkins) of Durant, OK, Shelena Hogue (Dalton Hogue) of Coalgate, OK, Jalena Hill Murphy of Ada, OK and Felicia Hill (Scott Hanks) of Sasakwa, OK; his brother-in-law Phillip "Ray" Howard of Norman, OK; his grandchildren, Joseph Ortiz, Maria Ortiz and Jeremiah Hamel; and his nieces and nephews, Skyler Perkins, Blade Perkins, Aydrie Perkins, Angelina Thompson and Weston Peebles. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Service - Durant (4900 W Hwy 70, Durant, OK 74701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
